As part of a mystery customer operation that took place during the summer, three of our drivers obtained exceptional results during surprise visits aboard their airport shuttles. Indeed, Mr. Georges Debs, Mr. Mourad Benai and Mr. Ali Tamache received an excellent score exceeding 90% along with the following compliments:
“Easy access, fast shuttle, courtesy and kindness of the driver”; “The proximity of the parking lot, the short waiting time for the shuttle, the driver inspires me confidence”; “The facility and the availability of the parking lot, the comfort and the cleanliness of the shuttle that drives us”.
With the collaboration of their managers, a thank you letter and gift card was given to the deserving drivers in recognition of the outstanding service they provide to their customers of the Montreal Airport every day.
