The first two integration workshops for our operational employees ran successfully, bringing together a total of 23 participants divided between the Terrebonne and Repentigny sessions.This first deployment was designed for drivers, mechanics and maintenance personnel recently hired by the Lanau Bus division. The program included a detailed presentation of the operations team, a tour of the facilities, presentations on safety and security, relevant information on employee benefits, and a meeting with the Control Center team.
These workshops played an essential role in enabling our new employees to familiarize themselves with the reality of the various departments, gain a clear understanding of the organization’s priorities, acquire a global vision of the organizational challenges and thus better understand the company’s strategic direction. The discussions were constructive and humane, encouraging dynamic participation and strong employee commitment.
